  • Exit fees may apply and are typically between 1% – 2% of the loan.

Mezzanine Finance

  • A “top up loan” by way of 2nd charge.
  • A great way of maximising your leverage.
  • The blended rate of Senior and Mezzanine debt can often prove more favourable than that of stretch senior facilities.
